What Makes ICC Unique?

In a truly integrated care practice, counselors can provide counseling services without the stigma of a mental health diagnosis. Most existing integrated care programs only provide services to patients with existing mental illnesses diagnoses.  Focusing on wellness and prevention in integrated care improves quality of care, patient outcomes, and patient satisfaction.  It also saves our healthcare system money.  This approach is what makes our program unique.

What Might Integrated Care Look Like in My Facility?

ICC tailors our approach to the individual needs and goals of your facility. From support staff,to general physicians, to specialty practitioners, whether in private practice, mid-size facilities, or large hospital systems, ICC's presence will help to create a holistic atmosphere for your patients, resulting in better treatment outcomes, less complications, and expansion of services offered to your target population.

Our brand of integrated care takes place in the convenience of your own facility or off-site locations as our mental health practitioners are able to provide comprehensive linkage and coordination of care through effective implementation of the expanding behavioral billing codes. Fight practice stagnation with on-site and tele-consultation and a variety of behavioral health services provided to your practice with opportunities for cultivation of expanded services and income for ongoing growth.

How Does Integrated Counseling Connections Work for Me?

When you partner with ICC, you will find yourself with access to the integrated care community beyond your peers.

Your facility can opt for distance services, including ongoing comprehensive consultation on billing, legal and ethical changes in the field, and off-site trainings on practitioner team-building and advanced integrated patient care techniques.

Another strategy you might consider for your facility is to create an internal atmosphere of holistic care.  We offer in-house trainings, staffing of mental health practitioners, and onsite consultation with ICC staff working in your practice, all of whom are thoroughly trained in both theory and practice in integrated settings.
